Kiddo does not store your banking or card details.

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Kiddo is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Kiddo items! If something isn’t right:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Certain items (e.g., journaling products that have been written in, worn apparel) cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

All content on kiddo.org.za - including logos, characters, illustrations, product names, website copy, graphics, and brand assets - is the property of Kiddo.
